HSA BOARD POSITIONS

The Home & School Association (“HSA”) is seeking officers to serve during the 2022-2023 school year. The HSA puts on events and programming for SES families, fundraises to provide financial support to the school, and works with the School on a variety of initiatives. Last year the HSA led the Saints Ultimate Challenge fundraiser to purchase Smart Boards for classrooms, ran used uniform sales, assisted with the talent show and family picnic, and hosted teacher appreciation events, among other things.

The HSA officers make up the HSA Board. Officer positions and duties may change from year-to-year depending on School and HSA needs. The Board typically meets once per month, with more frequent meetings when needed. For example, the Board may meet more often leading up to the Saints Ultimate Challenge and Fall Festival. Meetings are held in-person, by video, or by phone as determined by the Board. Every effort is made to be flexible with Board meetings so as to accommodate officers’ schedules. The HSA has a host of volunteer needs and is accommodating of all schedules.
